Frequently asked questions

We will come out, diagnose the fault, provide you with a verbal/written quote, and upon your approval, repair the appliance. You will only pay for labour and parts for which you were quoted. There is no call-out fee when we do the repairs for you.

We value our time and resources. Utilizing a technician’s time, van, fuel, and other operational costs to get to your premises to find the fault on your appliance and provide you with a quotation incurs costs, and in this case, we charge the standard call-out fee of R 500.

What the repair will cost depends on the fault. Some faults exhibit obvious symptoms, while others may have underlying issues whereby the actual fault might be caused by something that cannot be seen easily. It is our opinion that the correct way of discovering the fault is a physical inspection of your appliance, after which an estimate or a quotation can be provided.

Yes. All repairs are done on-site (at your premises) by our technicians. We try and avoid carrying and transporting appliances wherever we can to minimize the chance of physical damage.

In very rare situations where an appliance might need long hours for testing or when there is no space to work on your appliance at your appliance, a technician might make arrangements with you to transport your appliance to our workshop.

If you make a booking before 15:00 on weekdays or before 12:00 on Saturdays, we attend on the same day. Whether the repairs will be completed in one appointment depends largely on parts availability.

Yes. All details are protected with SHA-256 RSA Encryption through a secure connection (HTTPS). In addition, we adhere to all guidelines set by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

No. We do an onsite/mobile repair service, which means we come to you and we do the repar/service at your premises. There is no need to bring your appliance into the workshop.

No. We do not sell spare parts to the public. Our stock is primarily used to complete repairs for our customers and we procure parts directly from the main suppliers/manufacturers.
