How it works:
- Fill out the booking form
- You will receive an SMS and e-mail confirmation
- Our technical representative will contact you to arrange a visit
- Upon inspection, the technician will provide you with a quote (best possible deal)
- On your approval, repairs are carried out right away
- Upon completion, a 6-month guarantee is provided
Service date:
All bookings made before 3pm on weekdays or before 12pm on Saturdays are attended to the same day. A technician will phone you within 15 minutes to make arrangements. Bookings made after those times will be attended to the following working day (the technician will call you between 8 and 9am to arrange a time).
Call-out fee:
We do not charge a call-out fee when you proceed with the repair of your appliance. A qualified technician will attend, diagnose the fault, and provide a competitive quotation for labour and parts. If you require an inspection and quotation only or decide not to proceed with the repair, a call-out and diagnostic fee of R500 will apply to cover the technician’s time and travel.
