How it works:
- Fill out the booking form
- You will receive an SMS and e-mail confirmation
- Our technical representative will contact you to arrange a visit
- Upon inspection, the technician will provide you with a quote (best possible deal)
- On your approval, repairs are carried out right away
- Upon completion, a 6-month guarantee is provided
Service date:
All bookings made before 3pm on weekdays or before 12pm on Saturdays are attended to the same day. A technician will phone you within 15 minutes to make arrangements. Bookings made after those times will be attended to the following working day (the technician will call you between 8 and 9am to arrange a time).
Call-out fee:
Our call-out and diagnostic fee is R500. If we do the repairs for you, the call-out fee is deducted. Only labour and/or parts are charged for. Payment is strictly COD (Cash/Card/EFT).
