Thank you for booking an appliance repair with us!

Your designated technician will contact you shortly to arrange a suitable time to repair or service your appliance.

On arrival, the technician will inspect your appliance to establish the actual fault, discuss with you possible repair options, and provide a quotation to repair/service your appliance. We offer a fixed repair cost, meaning that our technicians will provide you with the best possible deal to repair your appliance.

If you agree to the quoted amount and the technician readily carries the necessary parts, he will repair your appliance immediately on-site. If specific spare parts need to be procured, the technician will inform you of the turnaround time and schedule a visit to complete the repair.

On completion of the repair, we will send you an invoice via e-mail/SMS as per the quoted amount. Kindly note that our payment terms are COD, so we would appreciate it if payment could be made whilst the technician is on-site, either via EFT/CARD or CASH (whichever option suits you best) and provide us with a (POP) Proof of Payment. Please retain your invoice as it will serve as a guarantee of the repair done.  We provide a 6-month guarantee on mechanical parts and labour.

Although we don’t charge/add callout fees to repair or service your appliance, If you are only looking for a diagnosis or an estimate/quotation without any repairs to be done, an inspection fee of R500 is payable.
